We are an early-stage company. We want to be straightforward about what that means — and about the deliberate choices we have made to build Woti the right way from the beginning.
Security is not a milestone you reach. It is a posture you build from the first line of code.
Early stage. Deliberately governed.
Woti is in active development and early access. We do not yet have a production environment serving at scale, and we are not claiming certifications we have not earned.
What we have built is a governance and security foundation that is version-controlled, reviewable, and continuously improved — the same way we build everything else. We think that matters more than a certificate on a wall.
What is already in place
We have a comprehensive policy framework covering data protection, information security, HR, financial controls, and legal compliance. Every policy has a named owner, a review cycle, and a full audit trail.
We operate under UK GDPR as both a data controller and a data processor. We have breach response procedures, data retention schedules, and a clear process for handling data subject requests.
Security is embedded in how we build: all code changes require peer review, secrets are kept out of version control, and our CI/CD pipeline runs automated tests on every change.
